报道了以苯环 2 -位分别为甲基、氯、氟取代的 N - Fmoc- L -α-苯丙氨酸为原料 ,以三甲基硅重氮甲烷替代重氮甲烷 ,通过 Arndt- Eistert反应合成相应有光学活性的高一级的 N - Fmoc- L -β-高苯丙氨酸的新方法。
It is reported that N - Fmoc - L - α - phenylalanine with 2 - position of benzene ring substituted by methyl, chlorine and fluorine respectively is used as raw material, trimethylsilyl diazomethane is used instead of diazomethane, and Arndt - Eistert Reaction to synthesize a new method of optically active high level of N - Fmoc - L -? - homophenylalanine.
