雷公藤醋酸乙酯提取物(50mg/kg)可明显降低小鼠血浆cGMP含量(P<0.001),其cAMP/cGMP比值明显高于对照组(P<0.05);剂量减半,脾脏中cGMP含量亦明显下降(P<0.05),其cAMP/cGMP比值亦较对照组升高。药物对脾细胞中cGMP水平的影响与其免疫抑制作用是一致的。推测醋酸乙酯提取物降低免疫功能细胞cGMP水平,从而增强机体对自身抗原的耐受性,这可能就是其治疗类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫疾病的作用机理之一。
