引言在石油化学工业中,广泛使用各种热交换器,其中浮头式换热器占有重要位置。但目前我国的设计计算规范中,对于浮头钩圈还没有规定合理的设计公式。我们根据一机部,化工部,石油部管式换热器规范编制组提出的钩圈研究课题,针对 JG340型浮头钩圈做了光弹性应力分析。因此,本文目的是为确定合理设计公式,提供实验数据。
Introduction In the petrochemical industry, a wide range of heat exchangers are used, of which the floating head heat exchanger occupies a significant place. However, at present, China’s design and calculation of norms, the floating head hook has not provided a reasonable design formula. According to the research topic of the hooks and loops proposed by the normative group of the tubular unit heat exchanger of the Ministry of Machinery, Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Ministry of Petroleum, the photoelastic stress analysis of the JG340 floating head hooks was done. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to provide experimental data for the determination of reasonable design formulas.
