从认知评价理论和动机理论整合的角度,探讨我国企业内部的员工人际评价(道德评价和能力评价)对员工个人创新的影响机理和内部机制。通过数据分析发现,道德评价对员工创新有显著的正向影响,工作意义感知在道德评价与员工创新之间起到部分中介效应。研究结果对企业营造良好的人际评价环境、提升员工创新水平具有重要的指导意义。
From the perspective of the integration of cognitive evaluation theory and motivation theory, this paper explores the influence mechanism and internal mechanism of employee interpersonal evaluation (moral evaluation and competency evaluation) on employee personal innovation in Chinese enterprises. Through data analysis, it is found that moral evaluation has a significant positive impact on employee innovation, and job sense of meaning plays a partial intermediary effect between moral evaluation and employee innovation. The research results have an important guiding significance for enterprises to create a good interpersonal evaluation environment and enhance the staff’s innovation level.
