详细论述了基于Intel 80C196KC 16位单片机控制基础之上 ,进行波形控制的逆变CO2 焊机系统 ,包括系统构成、电源主电路及驱动电路、单片机控制系统、参数设置与显示、送丝及时序控制等。介绍了软件进行波形控制的基本方案及控制算法。简单地阐述了双闭环控制的基本调节原理 ,给出了双闭环控制下短路过渡CO2 焊焊接电流电压波形 ,并通过工艺试验对各种波形进行了初步的探讨 ;在此基础上阐述了多波形控制CO2 焊的可能性 ,以满足不同焊接工艺的需要。试验结果表明双闭环单片机波控逆变CO2 焊机系统具有良好的控制性能 ,且结构简单和容易操作。
