在当今案例分析法已成为普遍研究方法的大背景下,加强对案例本身的研究,加深对案例本质的把握,对于正确选择案例、分析案例、应用案例,提高人们对案例的科学认识水平具有越来越显著的意义。笔者在领导力开发研究中,基于对案例的收集、分析、探索,逐渐认识到需将案例分为行为事件案例和典型经验案例两类,并在研究的基础上,阐述了两个类别的定义和差异分析,提出了该种分类方式的实践意义。
