我厂烧阜新煤的321—230/100型锅炉,弗斯顿管经常结焦,致使炉膛负压不能保持,不得不被迫停炉打焦。过去几年,锅炉最大负荷在180吨/时左右,每年尚需停炉打焦二次,1975年加装了折焰墙,充分利用前顶棚辐射受热面后,可长期在210吨/时负荷下运行,但尚不能达到额定出力230吨/时。弗斯顿管的结焦一般从根部积灰开始,然而本型锅炉结构则不便于在运行中对弗斯顿管吹灰、打焦。曾试用过链式吹灰器,效果是好的,但因这种吹灰器维修工作量大,并且由于炉间空档小,电动机容易过热损坏,因此可靠性较差。
