在建造现代化的高能加速器,原子能发电站、国际饭店……等一系列大型工程建设中,都会遇到要求解决高压输配电力的问题。因此用于高压输配电力开关装置中的真空开关触头合金材料的研究,已引起人们的普遍重视。在进行材料的研究过程中,必须分析研究其组织结构。这就要求准确测定合金材料的析出相。作为触头合金材料,种类很多,其中铜铋银系合金是常用的一种。我们对8-02试样Cu-B(0.61%)-Ag(2.50%)真空熔炼铸态合金进行了析出相的分析研究。拟出了铜铋银合金析出相中各元素的原子吸收光谱分析方法。
In the construction of a modern high-energy accelerator, atomic power stations, international hotels ... a series of large-scale construction projects, will meet the requirements to solve the problem of high-voltage transmission and distribution of electricity. Therefore, the research of vacuum switch contact alloy used in high-voltage power transmission and distribution power switchgear has aroused people’s universal attention. In the process of material research, we must analyze and study its organizational structure. This requires accurate determination of the precipitation of alloy materials. As a contact alloy materials, many types, including copper bismuth silver alloy is a commonly used. We analyzed the precipitates of 8-02 sample Cu-B (0.61%) - Ag (2.50%) vacuum melting as-cast alloy. The atomic absorption spectrometry method of each element in the copper bismuth silver alloy precipitation phase was proposed.
