近来,纳米相复合陶瓷的研究引人关注,而一般通过机械混合引入纳米相的制备方法存在粉料难以混匀、纳米颗粒分布不均等问题.我们探索性地研究了用反应烧结引入原位生成的AlN亚微米晶粒制备AlN-Al_2O_3复合陶瓷.
Recently, the research of nano-phase composite ceramics attracts much attention, while the preparation method of nanophase generally introduced by mechanical mixing is difficult to mix the powder, the uneven distribution of nano-particles.We explored the use of reactive sintering in situ generation AlN submicron grains to prepare AlN-Al 2 O 3 composite ceramics.
