2013年8月19日至9月8日,在上海市教委统一领导下,教育部国际合作与交流司、同济大学职业技术教育学院组织开展了上海教师赴芬兰访学,我有幸参与其中。在此期间,我们走访了芬兰的职业学校、园艺企业和学生创业商店等地,参与了一次野外拓展训练,对职业教育体系、职业教育师资培训以及教学法等做了多方位调查研究。虽然时间不长,但着实开拓了视野,收获极大,又有一定的反思。
From August 19 to September 8, 2013, under the unified leadership of the Shanghai Education Commission, I was fortunate to participate in a Shanghai teacher’s visit to Finland organized by the International Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Ministry of Education and the Vocational and Technical Education College of Tongji University. During this period, we visited Finnish vocational schools, horticultural companies and student entrepreneurship shops, participated in a field training and conducted a multi-faceted investigation of the vocational education system, vocational education teacher training and teaching methods. Although time is not long, but really opened up horizons, great harvest, there are some reflection.
