目的:观察二氧化氯(ClO2)对坑道及人防工事空气消毒效果及ClO2降解情况,为进驻人员健康及内部储存物资安全提供保障依据。方法:采用电动气溶胶喷雾器进行ClO2喷雾消毒;用撞击法和沉降法同时检测消毒前后细菌总数及真菌数;用ClO2空气监测仪监测消毒后ClO2降解情况。结果:①10 mg/m3ClO2对坑道及人防工事房间消毒30 min,撞击法及沉降法检测细菌总数消亡率分别为94.6%和93.5%;真菌消亡率分别为92.1%和89.6%。②坑道及人防工事、地面普通平房、地面密闭房间空气中ClO2从10 mg/m3至完全降解(0 mg/m3),降解时间分别为120 min,160 min和693 min。结论:以10 mg/m3ClO2对坑道及人防工事房间空气消毒,杀菌效果满意。消毒后120min ClO2降解完全,人员进入消毒现场,无不良反应及刺激性症状。
Objective: To observe the air disinfection effect and ClO2 degradation of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) on tunnel and civil air defense workers, and provide evidence for the safety of the stationed personnel and the safety of internal storage materials. Methods: ClO2 aerosol was disinfected by electric aerosol sprayer. The total bacteria and fungi before and after disinfection were detected by impact method and sedimentation method. The degradation of ClO2 was monitored by ClO2 air monitor. Results: ① 10 mg / m3 ClO2 disinfection of tunnel and civil defense fortification room for 30 min, the collision and sedimentation method to detect the total bacterial population extinction rates were 94.6% and 93.5%; fungal mortality rates were 92.1% and 89.6%. The ClO2 from 10 mg / m3 to the complete degradation (0 mg / m3) in the tunnel and air defense work, ground common bungalow and ground airtight room were 120 min, 160 min and 693 min respectively. Conclusion: Air disinfection and sterilization of tunnels and air defense fortifications room with 10 mg / m3 ClO2 are satisfactory. After 120min disinfection ClO2 degradation completely, personnel into the disinfection site, no adverse reactions and irritating symptoms.
