为贯彻新修订的《大气污染防治法》,落实冶金部提出的有关任务,研讨和交流冶金行业二氧化硫防治技术的新进展、新成果及经验,冶金部环境保护综合利用信息网受冶金部环保办的委托,于1997年6月13～16日在四川省乐山市召开了“二氧化硫防治技术交流研讨会”。除冶金部有关的厂矿、科研院所、学校外,还有电力部、机械部、有色系统厂矿等共45个单位的64名代表参加了会议。会议收到论文和资料30余篇,分别在大会和小组会上作了交流,并决定会后出版论文集。这次会议主要交流的内容是:①冶金工业二氧化硫污染现状、问题和防治技术;②自备电厂及燃煤锅炉的二氧化硫控制技术;③烧结机机头二氧化硫烟气治理技术;④二氧化 In order to implement the newly revised Law on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution and implement the new progress, new achievements and experience of the Ministry of Metallurgy on relevant tasks, discussing and exchanging sulfur dioxide prevention and control technologies in the metallurgical industry, the Metallurgical Department’s comprehensive utilization of environmental information network is managed by the Metallurgical Department’s Environmental Protection Office The Commission held “Seminar on Sulfur Dioxide Prevention and Control Technology Exchange” in Leshan, Sichuan Province on June 13-16, 1997.
