针对全国煤矿机修厂钢炉耗电较大和烟尘污染严重两个问题,部生产司于1986年7月2日～4日在峰峰矿务局机修厂召开了钢炉节电和排烟除尘工作经验交流会。会议交流了13个单位的16篇经验材料,他们节电的主要经验是: 1.切实加强对钢炉节电的领导,建立健全冶炼制度和炉前工种岗位责任制,推行超罚节奖的经济责任制。
