Objective: To investigate the relationship between MSCT signs of peripheral lung squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma and the expression of CD147 and VEGF-C. Methods: Forty-two peripheral lung squamous cell carcinomas and adenocarcinomas were collected from 42 pathologically confirmed and preoperative MSCT scans. The expressions of CD147 and VEGF-C were detected by immunohistochemistry and the positive correlation between CT features and CD147 and VEGF-C Correlation of expression. Results: The expressions of CD147 and VEGF-C were positively correlated with tumor size, deep lobulation sign, spine signs and hilar mediastinal lymph nodes. In addition, CD147 was positively correlated with the disappearance of extrapleural fatty line; VEGF-C was positively correlated with vascular bundles. CONCLUSION: The expressions of CD147 and VEGF-C are positively correlated with tumor size, deep lobulation, spine signs and hilar mediastinal lymph nodes. In order to improve the molecular biological mechanism of CT signs in peripheral pulmonary squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma Understanding to help.
