目的:为了观察去卵巢雌鼠骨质疏松症模型骨代谢生化特点。方法:应用11月龄雌鼠去卵巢方法建立骨质疏松症模型,取血、尿标本检测。结果:去卵巢雌鼠与假手术组比较,血ALP、BGP及尿Ca、HoP、Ca/Cr、HoP/Cr均明显升高(P< 0.01)。结论:去卵巢雌鼠骨形成和骨吸收都明显加快,符合绝经后高转换型骨质疏松症的生化特点。
Objective: To observe the biochemical characteristics of bone metabolism in osteoporosis model of ovariectomized female rats. Methods: Osteoporosis model was established by ovariectomized female 11-month-old females and blood and urine samples were collected. Results: Compared with the sham operation group, the levels of ALP, BGP, urinary Ca, HoP, Ca / Cr and HoP / Cr in ovariectomized female rats increased significantly (P <0.01). Conclusion: The bone formation and bone resorption of ovariectomized female rats both evidently accelerated, which is in line with the biochemical characteristics of high conversion osteoporosis after menopause.
