采用现场调查、数值模拟、理论分析与工业性试验等方法,总结了半煤岩巷道变形特征,指出煤帮为巷道变形破坏的薄弱环节;分析了煤岩结构面力学参数对煤帮稳定性影响,得到煤岩层间剪切变形随结构面参数的增加呈负指数关系减小;揭示了该类巷道变形机制包括煤岩结构面层间剪切破坏机制与结构面层间失稳诱发机制,指出巷道维护的关键在于控制煤岩结构面的层间剪切滑移变形;基于倾斜穿层锚索对煤岩结构面加固机制的分析,开发了以强力支护、巷帮倾斜穿层锚索为核心的围岩控制技术。工业性试验结果显示,煤岩结构面层间剪切变形得到有效控制,巷道维护效果较好。
The deformation characteristics of semi-coal rock roadway are summarized by means of field investigation, numerical simulation, theoretical analysis and industrial experiment, and the weak link of coal gangue is shown as the deformation and destruction of roadway. The influence of the mechanical parameters of coal rock face on the stability of coal gangue is analyzed , And the result shows that the deformation mechanism of the roadway includes the shear failure mechanism between coal and rock structural planes and the instability induced mechanism between the surface layers, The key of roadway maintenance lies in the control of interlayer shear-slip deformation of coal-rock structural plane. Based on the analysis of reinforcement mechanism of coal-rock structure plane by inclined stratified anchor cable, Core rock control technology. The industrial test results show that the shear deformation between coal and rock structural face is effectively controlled and the effect of roadway maintenance is good.
