研究了光纤耦合半导体激光器端面抽运c切Nd…Lu_(0.99)La_(0.01)VO_4晶体的激光性能。根据该晶体在~4F_(3/2)→~4F_(11/2)能级跃迁的光谱特性及四能级激光系统的阈值条件,理论计算了产生1068nm和1085nm的单、双波长激光的实验条件。实验研究了该晶体在自由运转条件下产生1068nm和1085nm单波长激光输出的性能,并使用具有亚太赫兹自由光谱范围的法布里-珀罗标准具调节1068nm和1085nm两个激光振荡波长的增益竞争,实现了4.4THz频差的多瓦连续波双波长激光的稳定、均衡输出。
The laser performance of c-cut Nd ... Lu_ (0.99) La_ (0.01) VO_4 crystal by fiber-coupled semiconductor laser is studied.
