随着沿海城市经济快速发展,海洋资源消耗、海洋环境污染和海洋生态破坏等问题日益突出。作为衡量海洋可持续发展的主要手段之一,承载力的量化研究至关重要。本研究基于“压力-状态-响应”(PS-R)概念模型,构建了海洋生态环境承载力评价指标体系;运用主成分分析法(PCA)、熵值法和等权重法对评价指标分别赋权,建立了状态空间评价模型,并以深圳东部海域为例对生态环境承载状况进行实证分析,得出深圳东部海域超载的主要原因,为海洋资源的可持续利用提供科学依据。
With the rapid economic development in coastal cities, the problems of ocean resource consumption, marine environmental pollution and marine ecological damage have become increasingly prominent. As one of the main means to measure the sustainable development of the oceans, quantitative research on the carrying capacity is crucial. Based on the concept of “pressure-state-response” (PS-R), this study constructs the evaluation index system of marine ecological environment carrying capacity. By using principal component analysis (PCA), entropy method and equal weight method, Emphatically empirically establishes the model of state space evaluation. Taking the eastern part of Shenzhen as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis of the carrying status of the ecological environment and draws the main reasons for overloading in the eastern part of Shenzhen, which provides a scientific basis for the sustainable utilization of marine resources.
