小学教育是最基础的教育,也是最关键的教育。这个时期,正是孩子性格与价值观形成的最佳时期,学校教育不仅要教给学生知识,更重要的是对学生进行德育。教师应该在小学阶段注重对学生智力、思想品德、行为习惯的教育,有意识地引导学生,在教学过程中潜移默化地渗透德育,使学生得到全面发展。其中,应特别重视孩子从幼儿园到小学的过渡阶段,充分认识每个孩子的特点,因材施教,做到以学生为主体。学校应注重对学生进行德育,切实把德育放在重要的位置。 Primary education is the most basic education, but also the most crucial education.
