一、前言质谱仪器是一种大型精密仪器。在分析仪器领域中占有相当重要的地位。近二十多年得到了迅猛地发展。它为微量和超微量化学分析提供了一个强有力的工具,能精确地确定待测物质的原子量和分子量,为进一步决定物质的化学结构提供精确的信息。磁式质谱仪器是质谱仪器中的一个大类。它利用磁场扫描的方法把待测物按照原子量或分子量区分出来。磁质谱仪器的简要原理如图1所示。
First, the foreword Mass spectrometer is a kind of large-scale precision instrument. In the field of analytical instruments occupy a very important position. Nearly two decades has been rapid development. It provides a powerful tool for trace and ultramicro chemical analyzes that accurately determine the atomic weight and molecular weight of the analyte, providing accurate information for further determining the chemical structure of the material. Magnetic mass spectrometry is a broad class of mass spectrometers. It uses the magnetic field scanning method to test the object according to the atomic weight or molecular weight distinction. A brief principle of magnetic mass spectrometer shown in Figure 1.
