目的 观察早期原发性开角性青光眼视网膜光阈值改变。方法 采用美国眼力健公司 Hum phrey740自动静态视分析仪对早期原发性开角性青光眼患者进行 C- 30 - 2程序视网膜光阈值测定。结果 视网膜光阈值随离心度增加而减少 ,以上方视网膜光阈值降低为显著 ,视野改变以旁中心暗点、弓形暗点及鼻侧阶梯为主。结论 视网膜光阈值定量检测可以做为原发性开角性青光眼早期诊断中视功能检测方法
Objective To observe the changes of retinal light threshold in early primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods C - 30 - 2 program retinal light threshold was measured in patients with early primary open - angle glaucoma by using the Hum phrey740 automatic static analyzer. Results The threshold of retinal light decreased with the increase of the degree of eccentricity. The decrease of the light threshold of the above retina was significant, and the change of visual field was mainly located in the dark spots of adjacent centers, arched dark spots and nasal stairs. Conclusion Quantitative detection of retinal light threshold can be used as a diagnostic method for visual function in the early diagnosis of primary open-angle glaucoma
