现代服务业发展水平是衡量一个国家现代经济社会发展程度的重要标志。目前,现代服务业人力资源不足已经成为制约产业结构调整升级的瓶颈。本文在对浙江现代服务业人力资源现状进行调查研究的基础上,对其存在的问题以及原因进行了剖析,并对未来浙江现代服务业的主要发展方向进行展望,预测了浙江未来11个现代服务业行业人力资源的发展重点,最后提出了有针对性的对策建议。
The development level of the modern service industry is an important indicator of a country’s modern economic and social development. At present, the shortage of human resources in the modern service industry has become a bottleneck restricting industrial restructuring and upgrading. Based on the investigation and research on the status quo of human resources in modern service industry in Zhejiang, this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes as well as prospects the future development direction of Zhejiang modern service industry and forecasts the future 11 modern services in Zhejiang. The development priorities of human resources in the industry, and finally put forward targeted countermeasures.
