目的寻找鼓槌石斛快繁育苗的有效途径。方法采用组织培养和野生自然栖息的鼓槌石斛诱导高位腋芽萌发等途径进行探索。结果在组织培养中,改良1/2MS培养基对原球茎形成效果最好,调整不同浓度的N、P、K及外源激素对诱导鼓槌石斛原球增殖、生根壮苗极为明显;外源激素对诱导鼓槌石斛的高位腋芽萌发无明显效果,高位芽萌发与茎株生理年龄和营养状况有关。结论人工种植鼓槌石斛采用现代生物技术组培和腋芽繁殖是目前快繁育苗的最有效途径,不仅育苗量大、周期短,且生长快、成活率高,两条途径对于鼓槌石斛的产业化发展有重要意义。
