以橡胶树白粉菌(Oidium heveae B.A.Steinm)为材料,根据同源性克隆得到一个MAT相关基因的DNA和c DNA序列,命名为OH-MAT2。生物信息学分析表明,这个基因DNA全长为964 bp,具有一个921 bp的完整开放阅读框(ORF),编码307个氨基酸。其编码的蛋白质分子量为35 584.1,等电点为9.78,且是稳定的疏水性蛋白质。氨基酸序列分析该蛋白质具有STE2家族的保守结构域。结构预测表明该蛋白质主要有α-螺旋、β-折叠及转角构成。相对荧光定量显示该基因在侵染不同时段有表达,且差异明显。
The DNA and c DNA sequences of a MAT-related gene were cloned by homology according to Oidium heveae B.A.Steinm, and named as OH-MAT2. Bioinformatics analysis showed that the DNA of this gene was 964 bp in length with a 921 bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding 307 amino acids. The encoded protein has a molecular weight of 35 584.1, an isoelectric point of 9.78 and is a stable hydrophobic protein. Amino acid sequence analysis This protein has a conserved domain of the STE2 family. Structural prediction shows that the protein mainly consists of α-helix, β-sheet and corner. The relative fluorescence quantitative analysis showed that the gene was expressed at different times of infection and the difference was significant.
