由于中国经济对稳定世界经济金融的重要性,中国地方债务是否也会像欧元区一样出现危机,已成为当前世界关注的一个重点。本文通过分析我国地方政府债务的现状与存在的问题,借鉴德国政府债务管理的经验,以此探讨对我国地方政府负债管理的启示。 Due to the importance of China’s economy for stabilizing the world economy and finance, whether China’s local debts will also have the same crisis as the Eurozone has become a focus of attention in the world at present. This article analyzes the status quo and existing problems of local government debt in our country and draws lessons from the German government debt management experience to explore the enlightenment to our local government debt management.
