随着资源型城市发展阶段的不断推进,产业、城市和生态环境之间相互影响的问题也频频出现。文章从产业经济发展、城市建设水平、生态化水平出发构建了产城融合生态化动态耦合指标体系,以13个典型资源型城市为研究对象,运用耦合协调度模型研究三者之间的耦合关系。结果表明:资源型城市产城融合生态化耦合协调度处于良好耦合和初级协调的水平,离优质耦合相差较远;产业经济、城市建设、生态环境之间的耦合度和资源禀赋存在着不可分割的关系;产业经济与生态化发展水平呈正相关的关系,与城镇化水平呈负向关系。最后从产业、城市、人的发展等方面围绕生态化建设提出了切实可行的对策。
With the continuous development of resource-based cities, the problems of interaction between industries, cities and ecological environment are also frequent. Based on the industrial economic development, urban construction level and ecological level, this paper constructs a dynamic coupling index system of ecologically-viable city-to-city integration. Taking 13 typical resource-based cities as the research object, this paper studies the coupling relationship among the three using the coupling coordination model . The results show that the coordination degree of eco-city coupling in the production-oriented cities is in the level of good coupling and primary coordination, far away from the quality coupling, and the industrial economy, urban construction, ecological environment coupling and resource endowment are inseparable The relationship between the industrial economy and the level of ecological development is positively correlated with the level of urbanization. Finally, from the industries, cities, human development and other aspects of ecological construction put forward feasible measures.
