Huang Zunxian (1848-1905), the word degree, Guangdong Jiaying people. He served successively as Counselor of the Embassy in Japan, Counselor of the British Embassy in the United Kingdom, Consul General of Singapore, Consul General of San Francisco in the United States, long-term diplomatic career and global cultural vision, making him stand in the forefront of the world of thought. In the context of China’s late feudalism, he made great changes in the political, poetry and academic fields in response to the changes of the times.
