N-CWS(Nocardiarubracelwalskeleton)在每只鼠体内100~200μg可明显抑制B16黑色素瘤细胞在C57BL/6小鼠体内的生长。N-CWS腹腔给药后3d可明显增强小鼠脾脏自然杀伤细胞(NK)和腹腔巨噬细胞(Mφ)的杀伤活性,认为N-CWS的抑制B16黑色素瘤作用与其激活小鼠细胞免疫功能有关。体外实验结果表明,当有IFN-γ存在的条件下,N-CWS对小鼠腹腔Mφ释放NO及TNF都具有显著促进作用,认为这一作用与N-CWS激活小鼠腹腔Mφ杀伤B16黑色素瘤细胞的机制有关。
N-CWS (Nocardia rubracelwalskeleton) inhibits the growth of B16 melanoma cells in C57BL/6 mice with 100-200 μg in each mouse. Three days after intraperitoneal administration of N-CWS, the killing activity of natural killer cells (NK) and peritoneal macrophages (Mφ) in mice spleen was significantly enhanced. The inhibition of B16 melanoma by N-CWS was associated with its activation of cellular immune function in mice. . The results of in vitro experiments showed that N-CWS had a significant promoting effect on the release of NO and TNF from Mφ in mice in the presence of IFN-γ, which was considered to be associated with N-CWS-activated murine intraperitoneal Mφ killing B16 melanoma. The mechanism of the cell is related.
