一、在归纳我们第一阶段的试验结果后发现:常用航空铝合金方板的压缩弹性模量大多在6000~9000kg/mm~2范围内;压缩条件屈服强度大多在20~60 kg/mm~2范围内;与压缩条件屈服强度对应的压缩应变大多在4200~8500 με范围内。同时发现,不同工厂或不同炉批的同一牌号板材,其性能也有差别。当测定某种材料时,事前无法知道确切的性能数值。为使每片试样有效,保证试验后能得到工程所需的数据,对于不会脆性压溃的材料宜用应变控制加载。根据我们的经验与习惯,一般压缩到8500με然后卸载。倘若不够,可以酌情加大。
