目的了解2011年深圳市龙岗区布吉辖区美容美发场所卫生现状,为进一步加强该类场所卫生监督管理提供依据。方法按照国家相关法律法规和技术规范,对该辖区内美容美发场所卫生现状进行调查,对相关公共用具进行采样检测。结果 2011年对该辖区518家美容美发场所进行了调查,发现有81.66%的场所建立卫生管理制度;50.39%的场所配备有专(兼)职卫生管理人员;471家持有效《卫生许可证》(持证率90.93%),其中美容美发综合场所持证率最高,单纯美发场所持证率最低。检查从业人员8 494人,86.08%持有效《健康合格证》。美容场所的消毒设施和制度落实方面比美发场所相对要好。随机对268家美容美发场所抽检8 754份样品,合格8 233份(合格率94.05%),其中金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌培养合格率分别为94.22%和93.88%。结论该辖区美容美发场所卫生情况总体较好,部分规模较小场所仍存在卫生较差的问题,建议加强对从业人员卫生知识培训及监督力度,进一步提高本辖区美容美发场所卫生情况。 Objective To understand the health status of beauty salons in Buji area, Longgang district, Shenzhen in 2011, and provide basis for further strengthening the hygiene supervision and management of such places. Methods According to the relevant national laws, regulations and technical specifications, the area of ​​beauty salons in the area of ​​health status survey, the relevant public appliances for sampling and testing. Results In 2011, 518 beauty and beauty establishments in the area were surveyed and found that 81.66% of the establishments established health management systems; 50.39% of the places were equipped with specialized (concurrent) health managers and 471 valid health permits Certificate rate 90.93%), of which the highest rate of beauty salon hairdressing places the highest, the lowest rate of pure hairdressing place holders. 8,494 employees were inspected and 86.08% of them were valid “health certificates”. Beauty facilities disinfection facilities and system implementation is better than the hairdressing establishments. A total of 8754 samples were randomly selected from 268 beauty and hairdressing establishments, passing 8 233 batches (94.05% pass rate). The passing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 94.22% and 93.88% respectively. Conclusion The beauty of hairdressing establishments in this area is generally healthier. There are still some problems of poor hygiene in some small-scale places. It is suggested to strengthen the training and supervision on health knowledge of practitioners and to further improve the sanitation of hairdressing and beauty establishments in this area.
