本文报导利用DSC法及红外光谱法研究聚偏氟乙烯及偏氟乙烯—四氟乙烯共聚物热诱导的晶型转变。往偏氟乙烯聚合物链上引入少量四氟乙烯共聚单体单元,有利于无序的γ晶型向有序的γ晶型的转变。-CF_2CF_2一头头结构有利子γ晶型的生成及热诱导的无序的γ晶型向有序转化。本文还讨论了α→γ转变与γ(无序)→γ晶型(有序)过程之间的区别。
This paper reports the thermal induced crystal transition of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) copolymers by DSC and FTIR. The introduction of a small amount of tetrafluoroethylene comonomer units into the vinylidene fluoride polymer chain facilitates the transition of the disordered γ crystal to the ordered γ crystal. The formation of an atropic γ-form of -CF_2CF_2 a-head structure and the orderly transformation of the thermally-induced disordered γ-form. The paper also discusses the differences between α → γ transitions and γ (disordered) → γ (ordered) processes.
