平煤集团高庄矿实业公司随着资源的逐渐枯竭和全矿班组职工思想类型、思维方式和价值取向的变化,许多班组职工会带着思想情绪干工作。为此,掘进一队在班组职工的安全思想教育、安全技能培训、工资待遇、劳动强度适应、生活福利等方面做了大量的安全思想政治工作,使职工团队的安全思想稳定、安全技能提升、工作质量标准化、团队精神面貌等方面得到了质的提高,现就具体做法进行分析。
