近年来,“绩效责任”成为美国早期教育改革的一大亮点,越来越多的早期教育项目,试图通过“绩效责任”来加强教育系统各方的责任感,建立以“责任”为中心的教育绩效责任体系,以此来带动美国早期教育质量的提升。这对我国目前的早期教育的改革具有重要的启示和借鉴价值。本文简要介绍美国运用“绩效责任”来发展早期教育的做法,以期为我国即将出台的早期学习标准的有效实施提供借鉴,同时为我国早期教育事业的系统发展提供一些参考。
In recent years, “responsibility for performance” has become a major bright spot in the reform of early education in the United States. More and more early education projects are trying to strengthen the sense of responsibility of all parties in the education system through “performance responsibility” and establish “ ”As the center of education performance responsibility system, in order to promote the quality of early education in the United States. This is of great enlightenment and reference value to our current reform of early education. This article briefly introduces the United States’ practice of using “performance responsibility” to develop early education so as to provide reference for the effective implementation of the forthcoming study standard in our country and to provide some references for the systematic development of early education in our country.
