我国电子政务建设中所出现的一系列问题,有着其本质的心理根源。从心理学的角度出发,从我国人民的认知心理、行政心理以及从众心理三个方面分析我国电子政务发展过程中的心理障碍因素,为克服我国电子政务建设中出现的心理障碍问题提出一些建议。
A series of problems appeared in the construction of e-government in our country have their own psychological roots. From the perspective of psychology, this paper analyzes the psychological barriers in the development of e-government in our country from three aspects: cognitive psychology, administrative psychology and public psychology, and puts forward some suggestions to overcome the psychological barriers that appear in the construction of e-government in our country .
