随着“数字一代”的成长,国内开展直销银行的市场环境已具备,把握住先发优势最为重要。2013年9月,中国民生银行与阿里巴巴集团、北京银行与ING Direct分别签署战略合作协议,正式在国内开展直销银行业务。直销银行因此成为中国互联网金融浪潮下又一广受关注的新课题。作为一个新生事物,目前国内从理论界到实务界,对直销银行的概念、模式、演进方向尚没有统一、清晰的界定。
With the growth of the “digital generation”, the market environment for direct banks in China is already available. It is of the utmost importance to grasp the starting advantages. In September 2013, China Minsheng Bank and Alibaba Group, Bank of Beijing and ING Direct respectively signed a strategic cooperation agreement to formally launch direct bank operations in China. Direct-selling banks have therefore become another new topic under the wave of Internet finance in China. As a new thing, at present, there is no unified and clear definition of the concept, mode and evolution direction of direct-selling banks in China from the theoretical circles to the practical circles.
