患者 女,44岁。胸闷1年余,体检及化验无异常。ＣＴ平扫示右心包前脂肪垫内3ｃｍ×2ｃｍ×2.4ｃｍ肿块,边缘光滑、清晰,密度尚均匀,病灶中心区ＣＴ值为4.5Ｈｕ,重建显示病灶与膈肌及心包无粘连。诊断:右前下纵隔心包囊肿。 图1 右心包前脂肪垫内肿块,边缘光滑、清晰,平扫Ｃ
Female patient, 44 years old. Chest tightness more than 1 year, physical examination and laboratory no abnormalities. The CT scan revealed a 3 cm × 2 cm × 2.4 cm mass in the anterolateral fat pad of the right pericardium. The margin was smooth and clear with a uniform density. The CT value of the center of the lesion was 4.5 Hu. Reconstruction showed no adhesion between the lesion and the diaphragm and the pericardium.
