实验观察了益气养阴方、补气养血方、清热解毒方对Ｌ＿（１２１０）白血病小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性的影响。结果表明：在效靶比为１００：１，５０：１时，养阴方和补血方均能显著提高白血病小鼠ＮＫ细胞后性。养阴方和补血方ＮＫ细胞活性与正常组相比无显著性差异。解毒方小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性与白血病对照组相比无显著性差异。提示养阴方和补血方提高Ｌ＿（１２１０）白血病小鼠ＮＫ细胞活性，是其临床治疗急性白血病的作用机理之一。 Experiments were conducted to observe the effects of “Yiqi Yangyin Decoction”, “Buqi Yangxue Decoction” and “Qingrejiedu Decoction” on the activity of NK cells in L_ (1210) leukemia mice. The results showed that when the ratio of effect to target was 100:1 and 50:1, both Yangyin Decoction and Hexue Recipe could significantly improve the posteriority of NK cells in leukemic mice. There was no significant difference in the activity of NK cells between Yangyin Fang and Hexue Recipe compared with the normal group. There was no significant difference in the activity of detoxification mouse NK cells compared with the leukemia control group. It is suggested that Yangyin Decoction and Buxue Decoction can increase the activity of NK cells in L_(1210) leukemia mice, which is one of the mechanisms of clinical treatment of acute leukemia.
