伺服液压机可实现无级调速,在此基础上实现的行程曲线可以提高材料拉深极限,因而单次拉深深度更高,成形件拉深系数更小。通过分析计算设计了恒速、加速度为正和加速度为负的阶梯速度行程曲线,并应用Dynaform有限元分析软件对3种不同行程曲线情况下的拉深过程进行了数值模拟,同时进行了拉深试验验证,成功将某不锈钢直身煲实际生产的两道次拉深减少至一道次拉深,极大地提高了生产效率。研究结果表明,在相同的拉深工艺条件下,通过加速度为正的阶梯速度行程曲线所获得的工件拉深质量最好。
Servo hydraulic machine can realize stepless speed regulation.
