采用花粉管通道法,将人工合成的GFMCryIA和修饰的CpT杀虫基因导入棉花优良品种(系)中。经生物鉴定,获得了抗虫植株。PCR分析表明,Bt和CpT基因均呈阳性反应。通过对转基因材料抗虫性研究,发现R1代植株中,不同转化体对棉铃虫的抗性存在着差异;双价抗虫材料ZGK9708R3代群体抗虫性较为稳定。
The pollen tube pathway was used to introduce artificial synthetic GFMCryIA and modified CpT insecticidal genes into cotton elite lines. After identification, insect-resistant plants were obtained. PCR analysis showed that both Bt and CpT genes were positive. Through the study of the insect resistance of the transgenic materials, it was found that the resistance of different transformants to the cotton bollworm was different in the R1 plants. The insect resistance of ZGK9708R3 was stable.
