利用CFD数值模拟计算,为冷却塔中代替风扇电动机的混流式水轮机选择合适的导叶叶型。经过相同导叶开度和相同流量两种情况下不同导叶形式的模拟计算和对比分析,得出了负曲度导叶叶型性能最优,效率比其他两种导叶叶型的水轮机高0.22%~2.75%,确定其为该水轮机的导叶叶型,从而达到了在冷却塔中使用混流式水轮机代替风扇电动机的目的。
Using CFD numerical simulation, select the appropriate guide vane for a Francis turbine instead of a fan motor in the cooling tower. Through the simulation calculation and comparative analysis of different guide vanes with the same guide vane opening and the same flow rate, it is concluded that the negative guide vane has the best performance and the efficiency is higher than that of the other two guide vanes 0.22% ~ 2.75%, which is determined as the guide vane of the turbine, so as to achieve the purpose of using a Francis turbine instead of the fan motor in the cooling tower.
