《软件世界》创刊十年了。对于我们和广大软件产业的创业者来说,这是摸索的十年,坚持的十年,发展的十年。 早在1982年10月召开的全国科学大会上,党中央和国务院就提出了建立我国软件产业的历史性任务。为落实这项任务,1984年初,电子工业部召开全国软件工作会议,提出了建立软件产业的具体目标,要实现“软件应用社会化、软件开发工程化、软件成果商品化、软件经营企业化”。
