本文根据传递过程原理的分析,阐明了富氧和高风温是强化高炉燃料喷吹、节能的有效途径。从保持风口燃烧带理论火焰温度不变的原则出发,得到了燃料喷吹与温度补偿的定量关系,以便防止由于喷吹燃料的分解吸热,导致炉况过凉,操作不顺。本文还分别导出了高炉内煤粉、重油的合适喷吹量的定量关系式。这些关系式对于实际操作参数的选择是十分有用的。
Based on the analysis of the transmission process principle, this paper clarifies that the oxygen enrichment and the high wind temperature are effective ways to enhance blast furnace fuel injection and energy saving. From the principle of keeping the theoretical flame temperature of the tuyere, the quantitative relationship between fuel injection and temperature compensation is obtained, so as to prevent the decomposition of the injected fuel from absorbing heat, resulting in the furnace being too cold and the operation is not smooth. In this paper, the quantitative relationship between the proper blowing amount of pulverized coal and heavy oil in the blast furnace has also been respectively derived. These relations are very useful for the choice of actual operating parameters.
