大产量气井放喷时,天然气从放喷管出口以其音速喷射到大气中,喷出的天然气流量可利用放喷管始端压力、放喷管长度、内径等资料进行近似计算。这就是本文将介绍的计算放喷气量近似值的始端压力法。曾用该方法对两口大产量气井放喷资料进行处理,并与用临界流速流量计测出的气产量进行比较,其相对误差在-0.60~+4.57%内,一般在1.58~2.5%范围内。用该方法能迅速计算出近似放喷气量,因而可减少天然气的大量放空,节约能源。而且,还能为确定下步完井措施迅速提供可靠的依据。
When the large-volume gas well discharges, the natural gas is injected into the atmosphere from the outlet of the discharge pipe at its sonic velocity. The natural gas flow discharged can be approximated by using the pressure at the beginning of the discharge pipe, the discharge pipe length and the internal diameter. This is the beginning of the pressure method that will be described in this paper to calculate the approximate amount of injected gas. This method has been used to treat the data of two large-volume gas well discharges and compare them with the gas output measured by the critical flow rate flowmeter. The relative errors are within -0.60 ~ + 4.57%, and are generally in the range of 1.58 ~ 2.5% . This method can quickly calculate the approximate amount of jet, which can reduce the massive natural gas to save energy. Moreover, it can quickly provide a reliable basis for determining the next completion measures.
