1982年某硫化矿曾发生早爆事故,造成伤亡,我们曾参加了事故调查工作并已向冶金部提出事故调查报告。该报告系按传统格式写就,只能进行一般逻辑推理判断,深感问题还未能充分展开,特别是未能充分利用调查工作中所获得的数据,进行有力的论证。FTA 法是安全系统工程中进行系统分析的强有力工具,利用这种手段可以察微知著,不论是分析事故还是用来改进安全措施,既可以判断致命要害又可以使一切不易
In 1982, a sulphide mine had an early blast and caused casualties. We participated in the accident investigation and submitted an accident investigation report to the Ministry of Metallurgy. The report was written in the traditional format and can only be subjected to general logical reasoning. The profound problems have not yet been fully explored. In particular, the report has not been able to make full use of the data obtained in the investigation and has been vigorously demonstrated. The FTA method is a powerful tool for systematic analysis in safety systems engineering. With this method, it is possible to make a clear understanding that whether it is an accident analysis or an improvement of safety measures, it can both determine critical fatalities and make all things less difficult
