随着互联网电子商务概念的普及和电子商务用户的增多,用户的体验和情感、价值诉求成了B2C模式下电子商务企业在不断的经营和发展之中应该首先考虑的问题,用户体验不是一个具体的问题,而是在电子商务服务全过程中的一系列具体事项,针对目前电子商务发展水平以及发展方式的不同,用户体验的满足程度也不同,本文在研究相关B2C电子商务企业在用户满意度上的分析和实力研究的基础上,针对可能影响电子商务用户体验的诸多因素进行阐述,明确相关的具体影响,这对于加强B2C电子商务企业的建设和发展有重要的意义。
