采用HNO3-HClO4消解体系在常温常压条件下对杜仲雄花样品进行消解,运用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了杜仲雄花中的K、Na、Ca、Mg、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn、Pb、Cd 10种元素含量,进行10种元素仪器的最佳工作条件选择及方法的准确度和精密度试验,在选定的仪器工作条件下,该方法标准曲线线性良好,相关系数为0.999;加标回收率为90.0%~102.0%;相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)为0.95%~6.25%。结果表明,杜仲雄花中富含K、Ca、Cu、Fe、Mn等元素,Zn含量很低,杜仲雄花中矿质元素K/Na及Cu/Zn值较高。
The HNO3-HClO4 digestion system was used to digest male flower samples of Eucommia ulmoides at room temperature and pressure. The contents of K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn, Zn, Pb and Cd in male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry 10 kinds of element content, 10 kinds of elemental instrument for the best working conditions selection and method of accuracy and precision test, under the selected instrument working conditions, the standard curve of the method is good, the correlation coefficient is 0.999; Rates ranged from 90.0% to 102.0%, and relative standard deviations (RSD, n = 8) ranged from 0.95% to 6.25%.
