目的分析阑尾肿瘤的声像图特征,评价超声诊断价值。方法回顾13例经手术、病理证实的阑尾肿瘤,分析其超声声像图特征,与手术病理结果对比。结果其中良性肿瘤3例,恶性肿瘤10例。超声误诊11例。结论超声对阑尾肿瘤的检查有一定的价值,能判断肿瘤囊实性,对肿瘤血供进行评价。但超声检查易受肠气干扰。需结合病史,对声图像综合分析,并需与肠道肿瘤、卵巢肿瘤,阑尾炎症鉴别。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of acoustic imaging of appendix tumor and evaluate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis. Methods Thirteen cases of appendix tumors confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and the characteristics of ultrasonography were analyzed. The results were compared with those of surgical pathology. Results of which 3 cases of benign tumors, 10 cases of malignant tumors. Misdiagnosis of ultrasound in 11 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound has some value in the examination of appendix tumors, can determine the solidity of the tumor and evaluate the blood supply of the tumor. But ultrasound is susceptible to intestinal gas interference. Need to be combined with medical history, a comprehensive analysis of acoustic images, and the need to identify with intestinal cancer, ovarian cancer, appendicitis.
