我厂热处理车间最近承接一批45钢轴,要求调质处理,HB229~269。由于批量较大,采用在箱式电炉中加热淬盐水,结果大部分零件在φ40毫米的A端面出现弧状淬火裂纹。后经改用图2所示工装,采取在盐浴中吊抽加热,出炉预冷3~5秒,200~300℃出水等措施,就解决了淬裂问题。 Our factory heat treatment workshop recently undertake a group of 45 steel shaft, quenching and tempering requirements, HB229 ~ 269. Due to the large volume, the use of hot water quenching in a box-type electric furnace, the results of the majority of parts in the φ40 mm A-side arc quenching cracks appear. After the switch to the tooling shown in Figure 2, taken in the salt bath hanging pumping heating, baked precooling 3 to 5 seconds, 200 ~ 300 ℃ water and other measures to solve the problem of quenching cracking.
