在我国传统的观念中,幽默是油嘴滑舌的同义词。久而久之,在常人的心目中,似乎幽默与人才是风马牛不相及的。而人才在历史的偏见下,也往往“循规蹈矩”了。于是乎常有这样的怪事出现,生龙活虎的人一旦成了人才,就言词拘谨,正襟危坐,索然无味了。这种病态的发展于人才的成功是不利的。幽默和人才究竟有没有联系,其结论是肯定的。因为,幽默是智慧、学识、机敏的高度结合,是性格豁达、思想乐观的自然流露,是一种健康而完备的精神状态。在国外,幽默成了选拔考核人才的必备素质之一,尤其是对企业家的考核,幽默更是不可少的。我们有必要重新认识幽默与人才的关系,探讨幽默对人才成功的作用,从而加深对人才素质的完整理解。
In our traditional conception, humor is synonymous with glib. Over time, in ordinary people’s minds, it seems that humor and talent are irrelevant.
