序言有这样一群人,他们拥有卓越的企业人力资源管理实践经验:他们在中国人力资源业界拥有广泛的影响力;他们是中国500强企业或者行业前三名企业的人力资源部门最高负责人,他们是“中国人力资源100人”。每半年,他们都会定期聚会,共同交流最新的管理动态、管理理念、管理方法。2010年9月18、19日,杭州,相约在西子湖畔,他们再一次相聚,探讨“如何激发员工内心的潜能”。
Preamble There is a group of people who have excellent experience in human resources management practices: they have a wide range of influencers in China’s human resources industry; they are the top HR managers in the top 500 Chinese companies or the top three in the industry Is “100 human resources in China ”.
